Dominica

Retail Services and Trade Sales Manager (Due May 10, 2024)

Core Responsibilities: 

1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow Retail (company store), Dealer, and Trade (Contractor/B2B) market shares in Dominica.
2. Lead the Retail & Trade sales teams as per business objectives, and oversee daily Retail store operations.
3. Manage the omnichannel customer experience through support, information, and advice.

Skills, Competencies and Requirements:

1. Experience in Retail & Trade business development through sales and marketing activities.
2. High level of interpersonal, relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills. 
3. Customer focused with a passion for excellence and a “can do” attitude.
4. Sound knowledge of Microsoft office applications and Point of sales systems.
5. Champion positive plans to enhance the customer service experience.
6. Possess a valid driver’s licence and a vehicle.
7. Knowledge of the paint or construction industry would be an asset.

Qualifications / Experience:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business orrelated field, with at least 5 years’ experience in a Sales role. 

OR

• 8 years of knowledge and proven experience of working in the Paint industry or in Sales along with a Diploma in Business Management.
